Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
We offer you a big bedroom on the first floor of our home. We are open to swap it even for a one night stop. It's located inside our home, a 1899 ancient house, We can host up to three people: two people in a double pull out sofa and we can add an individual 90x200 mattress if you travel with your kid. There is a big desk with three office chairs and good internet connection if you need working from home.
You will also have a bathroom with a bath-tube exclusively for you to use in the ground floor.
The room keeps its XIX features and it's very comfortable and airy, with it's quite high ceilings and the views to a leafy pedestrian street. It also has a small balcony.
From our home you will have everything at a hand reach, from the market to the sea, shops, cafés, train station, library, beach, ...a supermarket round the corner, etc.
ATTENTION: you are not allowed to use the kitchen, you dedicated space is only the room and the bathroom, but just outside of our home's door you will found plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants.
On the other hand, you can use our washing machine and dryer if you need washing clothes. And we will provide you with bedclothes and towels.
Our location is very convenient to discover Catalonia or to relax and enjoy our lovely beach! Warm sunny weather all year round! No need for a car, as it's well linked by public transportation. It's a long time that we live here, so we can advise you on how to get the most of your holidays!
From our home you can discover Sitges, Barcelona, Tarragona, the medieval town of Montblanc and the middle aged monasteries of Poblet and Santes Creus, the river Ebre's delta, Cardona's castle and the salt mines, the Pyrenees, the winneries of Sant Sadurni d'Anoia, Montserrat's mountains and monastery...the list is endless! Trains to BCN and to the airport are free until end June 2025, buying a 10 euro Viajero frecuente card at your arrival, that we will help you to get. In 45 minutes you will be in Passeig de Gracia, the heart of Barcelona where the famous Gaudi's homes, la Pedrera and Casa Batlló, are located..
Last train from the airport to Vilanova departs at 23:38 from Terminal 2.

Vilanova is a safe and lovely city, It has two wonderful beaches, a long promenade by the sea, cosy cafés, good restaurants, lots of shops and a lovely old town.
- Buzzy restaurants: Many places to eat, we will provide you with information depending on your preferences!
- Retail therapy: You have a variety of shops in Vilanova, but I imagine you will prefer shopping in Barcelona! There is also a big outlet halfway, in Viladecans, where you can find well-known international brands at less than half their original price. It's at 20 minutes by train from our home.
- Walks in the park: Our favourites: walk from Vilanova to Sitges, or from Vilanova to Cubelles by a coastal path.

If you are just one person staying at home, I can accept a points reduction to 60GP per night, provided you stay at least 3 nights.
We are particularly sensitive to tobacco smell and so cannot allow smokers in our home.
We cannot host your dog at home, as sometimes we host people with allergies.
You can clean yourself the room at your departure,, in which case we will ask you to leave it as it was when you arrived, (including moping the floors, disinfecting all surfaces, cleaning the windows washing bedclothes and towels and making the bed), or you can choose that our cleaner does it on your behalf, in which case you will have to pay 20€ at your arrival.
