The open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area create a welcoming and social atmosphere, with floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the space with natural light. The indoor area flows effortlessly to the outdoor patio, making it perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying the fresh air. A bathroom on this floor adds convenience, along with a pantry equipped with a washing machine and dryer. To ensure comfort year-round, the home features air conditioning, heaters, and a cosy fireplace.
Top Floor
Upstairs, you'll find three well-appointed bedrooms, each with its private balcony and built-in wardrobes for storage. The master bedroom boasts a king-size Tempur bed, an ensuite bathroom with his-and-her sinks a modern shower, and a beautiful view of the garden, pool, and surrounding pine trees. The second bedroom features a double bed and is located at the front of the house. The third bedroom/study offers a convertible futon, making it a flexible space to suit your needs. A shared bathroom with his-and-her sinks and a modern shower serves the second and third bedrooms.
Additional Details
Guests will have ample storage space in select cupboards and wardrobes, though some areas will be reserved for the host’s belongings. The outdoor garage is not accessible, but parking is available on the road just outside the house.
We want our guests to feel comfortable and supported throughout their stay. The host will be available via mobile, and a local caretaker will be on hand if needed. As this is a family home in a peaceful neighbourhood, we kindly ask that there be no parties or loud music after 9 PM to respect the community.
