Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
It's a bright and modern space, so it feels really welcoming. The building was constructed in 2023.
The spacious, open-plan living area is great for everyone to relax and socialize. Plus, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a bath – there's plenty of space and options.
Having air conditioning in every room is a big plus, especially during warmer weather.
We also have a large balcony with plants and a two-person hammock. We have a large number of toys in the flat, mainly for girls, but boys will also find something for themselves (e.g.: wooden trains).
For anyone driving, the two underground parking spots are a real bonus. If you have an electric car, the private 11 kW charger located next to the parking spaces is incredibly convenient.
An indisputable advantage for those working remotely will be a large desk with an additional monitor and speed of the fibre-optic internet - 5000 mbps, distributed in WIFI6 standard. In one of the children's rooms there is another workspace with a height-adjustable desk suitable for adults.

Direct proximity to a huge shopping mall (Galeria Polnocna) – with nearly 250 shops and services, with ultra-fast DC chargers for electric cars – means they'll have everything you could possibly need right there. What's really special is the rooftop park on the mall, complete with a graduation tower, playgrounds and lots of dining options – it's like having a huge recreational space just steps away.
Getting around is also incredibly easy. Bicycle paths for active recreation which can take you to the very centre of city are directly in front of our house. We're close to the city center/old town, just a 30-minute ride on public transport or 15 minutes by car. The tram line is literally a 2 minute walk, and the metro is also easily accessible (4 tram stops).
We have numerous parks nearby to enjoy nature, numerous playgrounds, local bakeries and a market where you can get fantastic fresh produce. There's also a swimming pool and other useful services within easy reach.
For anyone visiting with children, the large playground located within our estate is a real highlight. And as the inner courtyard of the estate is naturally enclosed, it's a very safe and secure environment for kids to play.

Old town (Unesco World Heritage) - 30 minute by bus - direct line no transfers needed, 2 minutes to the bus stop. The buses are low-floor & pram-friendly. Or 18 minutes by car. Alternatively, trams and metro (in case of road closures for major events).
City center - 30 minute by tram - direct line no transfers needed, 2 minutes to the tram stop. The trams are low-floor & pram-friendly. Or tram + metro or 18 minutes by car.
Warsaw is the heart of the country with the most important motorways and railways that can take you to every corner of the country in a few hours by train or car.
Gdansk (sea) - 3.5h by car, 2.5h by express intercity train
Krakow (tourism, unesco heritate, close to the mountains) - 3h by car, 2.5h by express intercity train

We can advise you on any activity in our city - from outdoor activities (a large number of cycle paths, parks and other activity-based attractions) to sightseeing (huge number of museums - from technical to art museums) or recommending restaurants with specific types of cuisine (endless options - Warsaw is known for its variety of high quality cuisine).
Depending on the situation we are able to leave one e-bike, one standard bike, two children's bikes and/or large bicycle trailer for two child or pram for a child.
We have no specific plans at the moment. We are open to short and longer exchanges. We are also potentially interested in exchanges in places other than our preferred location.
We kindly ask that you take good care of our home, including cleaning before your departure - like everyone else, we like to come home to a clean, well-kept house. If you prefer, we can arrange a local cleaning service for you for an additional fee of approximately €50.
