Modern, warm and fully equipped 3 bedroom home on the Wild Atlantic Way in Co.Kerry.
Perfect for a getaway all year round.
South-facing with beautiful mountain views in a central, quiet location away from busy roads. Walking distance by pavement to all Fenit's amenities; beaches, coffee shops, pubs, Greenway, pizzeria, marina & pier.Great location for easy access to Banna Beach, Brandon Bay, Tralee, Dingle, Killarney, Ring Of Kerry, Listowel, Ballybunion and the cliffs of Moher in Clare via Car Ferry.
Modern house, a number of rooms have been recently renovated.
The house is comfortable, clean, dry, warm, quiet. Big windows throughout provide lots of natural light especially in the south-facing kitchen-diner and garden.
Downstairs
The kitchen is large and well-equipped. Induction hob, oven & grill, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, toastie maker, plenty of pots, pans, utensils, trays etc
Washing machine and dishwasher.
Dining table comfortably for 6.
Stunning mountain views.
There are two sitting rooms. One at the front of the house with sofa, tv, working fireplace. Another at the back that is south-facing and ideal for long summer nights.
Upstairs
Three double bedrooms with double or king beds.
One bedroom is en-suite (WC, electric shower, sink).
Large bathroom with electric shower, bathtub, sink, WC.
Exterior
The house is a semi-detached located in a small, modern estate. All friendly neighbours. Communal green space for children to play. Safe and quiet, away from main roads.
The garden has a picnic bench for outdoor eating, and garden chairs and BBQ are available.
Free parking in driveway and roadside.
Other details
Solid broadband connection throughout the house. Two dedicated desk areas in the bedrooms for work and study.
Note that the house is probably not suitable for toddlers or young children- we have some plant stands, fragile decorative items and sharp corners on some furniture.
