This all-white, modern house has four floors with spacious, private rooms overlooking the Mediterranean sea, and Mount Montgo. The design and decor are simple and clean, focusing on comfort and calm. Each room is well-sized, filled with natural light, offering quiet and privacy. The house and the ample roof terrace overlook the sea at the front and the mountain at the back, creating a unique harmony between coastal and natural living. Excellently located in a green area that is in demand all year, my place is just a 3 minutes walk from the beach and harbour, with all necessary services and port life.

Jávea is a coastal town offering a rich mix of natural beauty, leisure, and culture. It has a variety of beaches, from wide sandy shores to hidden rocky coves, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or exploring.
Javea is known for its upmarket restaurants, relaxed beach bars, and a wide range of eateries serving excellent food and tapas at all price points.
For outdoor enthusiasts, Jávea offers tennis, golf, cycling, sailing, and scenic walks through protected natural parks. The area is also ideal for exploring, with charming villages such as Altea, Moraira and Denia nearby and attractions like Valencia’s Ciudad de las Ciencias just 1.5 hours away by car. Ibiza is also easily accessible, only 2 hours by ferry.
Jávea is made up of three main areas: the historic village, the pittoresque port (where the house is located), and the beachfront zone, each with its own charm. There are also several peaceful residential areas scattered throughout the green hills. Local festivities, prehistoric caves, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere make Jávea a place where there is always something to do, see, and enjoy.

The weather in Javea is wonderful, about 330 of sunny days a year. We have a fire place, heating and air conditioning, to always feel comfy at home. The communal pool is well maintained throughout the year, and the beach is right below the property.
