Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

Cozy basement appartement nestled in the Laurentians. The appartment is lakeside with acces to a private dock where you can swim. 2 paddle boards and a pedal boat are available for you use. There is an outdoor fire pit for roasting marshmallows in the summer or warming your feet up in the winter. Snowshoes can be available for use in the winter months.

The appartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as 2 pull out beds in the living room, so can accomadate up to 10 people to sleep. Theres a full kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the essentials. There’s also a washer and dryer. A portable air-conditioner is available in the summer. Wifi and TV is also available.

The appartment is in the forest by a lake. There are walking paths in the forest around the appartment and many others just a short drive away. Hiking, mountain biking, cross country skiing and ziplining are just a few activities offered in the area.

Gore is a small town just 25 mins from the quaint Village of St-Sauveur and its famous ski hill. For skiing enthousiasts, there a many other ski hills in the area. Ski Morin-Heights is only a 15 min drive and the renowed Mont-Tremblant is only an hour away, to name a few.

Our appartment is also only an hour drive from downtown Montreal if you wish to visit one of the most beautiful cities in Canada. Quebec city is a 3 hour drive for thos who wish to visit the iconic Chateau Frontenac.

It should be noted that, depending of the time of booking, we may be present at the property as the main house (above the appartment) is our cottage. However, the appartment has its own private entrance.
