Casa de Prana is an eco-friendly breezy desert haven with stunning panoramic views of the ocean and mountains. The sunsets over the Pacific are unforgettable, especially from the pool deck or the large terrace off the second-floor master bedroom. After morning yoga or meditation in the yoga dome, enjoy lounging by the solar heated pool, or dipping in the yin/yang jacuzzi nestled in a covered grotto. After a dinner prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, gather around the large circular gas fire-pit on the pool-deck, or simply enjoy stargazing in the desert darkness. If surfing is your thing, we are <10 minutes from the famous La Pastora surf break, and even closer for beach walks. Schedule an on-site massage, release turtles or horseback ride at sunset, or simply explore the galleries, shops, and restaurants of the magical village of Todos Santos. Venture to Cerritos Beach for beginner surf-lessons or further afield to La Paz to snorkel with the magnificent whale sharks. This residence blends simple modern elegance with natural beauty for a peaceful getaway.
There are 4 en-suite bedrooms, 3 with kings, and one with a queen bed. One of the kings can be converted to two twin beds at your request. The master is located up a flight of stairs accessed from the outside, there is one bedroom off the family room, and two separate casitas, which provides privacy for all guests.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
The retreat-like solar-powered property is located in the Las Playitas neighborhood of north Todos Santos. Here you will find less development and more undisturbed natural landscapes, views, walks and beaches. Casa de Prana has views in all directions. To the south is a majestic forest of Cardon Cacti ; to the east are the watchful mountains of the Sierra De La Laguna mountain range (part of a large UNESCO biosphere reserve); and to the west and north is a panoramic commanding view over the crashing Pacific Ocean. Small numbers of gentle cattle, horses or burrows can be seen, and their soft bells heard occasionally while they roam by slowly outside the perimeter fence. This natural setting is just 6 minutes to our two favorite restaurants, 8 minutes to the world famous La Pastora surf break and 15 minutes to shopping and restaurants approaching Todos Santos.

We don't have an address and Home Exchange was showing us in searches in La Paz instead of Todos Santos, so we dropped a pin closer to Todos Santos. We have a lot of flexibility in exchanges as for non-reciprocal exchanges, we can jump in our RV and explore the Baja Penninsula. If your party is smaller than 5 and you won't use all the bedrooms, we could potentially do a partial exchange either with us staying in the small casita, or discount the points for a small party.
Heating the jacuzzi in the winter months can burn through a lot of propane. The exchange includes propane for hot water and cooking, but we ask for a contribution for jacuzzi usage (only if you heat it, which we don't for much of the year)
We request reciprocal cleaning fees. If you don't require one, we don't either.
