My flat, renovated recently, is located in Pantin, North East Paris with the metro station Église de Pantin at 7mn. On the 5th floor of a modern building with a lift, it has big windows opening on a wide balcony overlooking gardens. It has a spacious living room, a separate equipped kitchen where dining is possible, one bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilets. You will enjoy sunsets, maybe with a glass of wine!
It is furnished in modern style with wooden floors, everything very clean. Lots of books, mainly in French though!
The building is super quiet, clean and secured with digicode and intercom.
The sofa bed can be used by 2 adults but will be more comfortable for 1.
High speed Wifi, secured underground parking space and one bike are available.

I have lived in Pantin for more than 15 years. My former industrial now slightly gentrified town is located just outside Paris city boundaries.
The famous canal de l’Ourcq and its cycling paths are 5mn by foot while the flat is in a quieter area away from traffic.
You will appreciate the relaxed, multicultural and artsy atmosphere of the « Parisian Brooklyn » and the excellent connection to Paris centre via metro line 5 or RER E allowing to access all touristic places within 30-45 mn.
Paris Gare du Nord is at 15 mn by metro. Parc de la Villette 10mn.
Many bars, parks, supermarkets, boulangeries etc and open air food market 3x a week.

The building is mostly occupied by owners who appreciate calm. Unfortunately no parties can be hosted - but don’t worry if you feel like party there are bars and alternative clubs at walking distance !
Smoking is Ok on the balcony only.
The plants require minimum maintenance.
The flat will be handed over in a very clean state, please do the same for me in return.
