Enjoy constant ocean breezes across this single level beach home situated in the middle of a barrier island; 4 blocks to the ocean and 4 blocks to the inner-coastal. Pass friendly neighbors, baseball fields, basketball courts, playgrounds, dog parks, and ice cream stands on an evening walk to the beach. Take in a sunset from a fishing pier over the inner coastal. Grab a mat and do drop-in yoga at the local rec center. Use the house bicycles for a ride to the public tennis courts and playgrounds.
This 4 bedroom 3 bath home is comfortable and spacious, with three large TVs, a great open kitchen, a killer feather sofa, and a screened in porch with a ping pong table. But the real attraction is the beach just 4 blocks away.

Our home is a 60 minute drive from the Orlando airport (MCO), 20 minutes from the Melbourne airport (MLB) and an hour and a half from the Sanford airport (SFB). Traffic in Orlando can be intense, we don't recommend our home for a theme park vacation, as the drive to and from our home to the theme park area can be over 90 minutes.
