My apartment is actually my own little home in Athens. As I like this city very much, I decided to buy a home there and rent it out for the time when I am not in Athens. So actually friends will be welcoming you, when you arrive.
It is located in the heart of Athens, just a few steps away from the Greek Archeological National Museum. You can reach the whole historical center of Athens on foot.
The next Metro stops (red line) are Omonia and Panepistimio they are both about 5-7 Minutes walking distance from my apartment. From the airport there are two possibilities:
1. You take the bus X95 from the Airport to Syntagma and there you take the red Metro (1 stops) to Panepistimio or 2 stops to Omonia
2. Or you take the Metro (Blue line) from the airport to Syntagma and change to the red Metro (1 stops) to Panepistimio or 2 stops to Omonia
The apartment is small (60sqm) but very comfortable. It is newly renovated and during the renovation we took a lot of care that everything is stylish as we wanted to create a fancy place which will be very comfortable. Therefore the Apartment is fully equipped and has everything which you need for your perfect stay in Athens.
The 2 room apartment has a bedroom for two people and a living room with space for another 2 persons. So 4 people can feel comfortable in my little home.
The fully equipped kitchen, the aircondition and everything is from a very high standard. You will like it!!!

Even the area is chosen very carefully as it is very artificial. A lot of artists have their atelliers around and the area has a lot of small an nice restaurants where you can sit outside and enjoy your time in Athens.
For the case you feel like walking through the city, this a perfect starting point. In Exarchia you can discover hundreds of little shops and you will find everything. Many Restaurants, shops for your daily need and also banks are just around the corner.
Exarchia has developed to a very nice and fancy place in the last years, you will love this area!!!
