And welcome to a central apartment with a 360 degree view terrace! At 10min walk from the historical center it is a 140 square meters apartment.
There are 2 rooms available to stay as most of the time, my partner and I will be staying in the apartment.
Access:
- Oaxaca International Airport (20min)
- ADO bus station (10min)
- AU Bus station (10min)
The living room is spacious and ideal to relax, read a book, drink a tea or take a nap after a good meal. Living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace are shared with the hosts but you will feel at home in this special space.
As there are works on the terrace, there are no table/chairs for the moment but we use to take yoga mats instead :)
All confort necessary in order to pass a confort day:
- Stylish and rustic double bed
- Large closet
- Spacious and bright living room
- Towels
- Sheets
- Hot shower
- Unlimited and free Internet wireless(WIFI)
- Gas stove/oven
- Refrigerator, freezer (ice cubes:)
- Toaster, coffee machine, blender
- Apartment is cleaned everyday and so your room if wanted
- Yoga mats and props available for yoga classes or your own practice
CHRISTMAS DINNER
If you are a traveler and you don't know what to do for Christmas, stay with us! We will share friendship, love, Christmas present and prepare a special evening dinner (we will ask a financial participation).
GOOD TO KNOW
- Laundry at one block. Good service and price for a same day dry cleaning. 15 pesos (less than 1 dollar) for 1KG
- Secure parking at 100metres.100pesos (around 5 dollars) for 12 hours. There is always space to park in the street, but a parking is recommended for the night.
- There is a supermarket at 5min walking time.
- You will find a bakery and a pharmacy next door.
WHO WE ARE
I lam a French/Spanish yoga teacher and my friend Gonzalo is an Argentinian musician (and a lawyer when he wants :). We are a couple who met in Oaxaca and decided to start a new life here!
We will be happy to share with you:

> We can help you to improve your Spanish or French.
> We can give you tips on where to go, what to visit around, call a taxi and more.
> We can go to the Central de Abastos Market together! The Central de Abastos market, whilst not a pretty market is one of the most interesting. Its sheer size makes it one of the most impressive, the Abastos market is a hive of activity, and the constant hustle and bustle is captivating.
> We have Mexican neighbors who will love to organize a Mexican dinner!

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
The neighborhood is an authentic Oaxacan neighborhood. You will discover the real Mexico with typical markets and street food. At 10min walking time, you'll find the Pochote market where you can buy organic vegetables and have a yummy lunch in an outdoor setting. You are at only 10min walking time from the historial center and all the museums as well!
