Peaceful and Serene Setting located in a popular gated resort neighborhood known for gorgeous mountain views and top notch amenities such as Club House with outdoor pool, work out facility and indoor pool and hot tub. Fine Dining and shopping are popular past times in this relaxed, friendly community. You can relax in the gated neighborhood or explore the nearby resort towns of Blowing Rock, Banner Elk and Boone. Hiking, Skiing, tubing, fishing, shopping, are some of the activities nearby. Wineries are very close and many local craft breweries offer some outstanding brews.

Our community offers two clubhouses. One with an outdoor pool, rock waterfall and beautiful long range mountain views plus a hot tub with clubhouse and workout facility. The other is a indoor pool with hot tub and workout facility. There is a summer concert series featuring a live band every first Saturday of each month. 15 minute drive to Boone, NC or Banner Elk, NC or a 30 minute drive to Blowing Rock.

Our home is located in a resort area that offers a lot of great restaurants, bars, breweries, shopping and fun activities. There are active things to do such as: skiing, snow boarding, tubing, hiking, fishing, zip lining. Visit the outstanding Grandfather State Park for an entire day's attraction. ( https://www.ncparks.gov/grandfather-mountain-state-park) Or take a very beautiful drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway and enjoy amazing mountain views and stop at many overlooks along the way. . Fine Restaurants and casual dining are available within a 15 min drive or less. The area is known for beer breweries. Shopping includes downtown boutique shops plus outlet shopping. There are several beautiful day spas in the area. There are many festivals and events happening throughout the year.
