Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

Brand new remodeled home. All new kitchen, master bath with king size bed, and guest bathroom downstairs, new flooring upstairs. This is our second home; it has four bedrooms, which include two master suites. It also has a great room (family room and open kitchen) . The house has a large master suite with a brand new big shower to relax in after a long day of skiing or hiking. It has another master suite upstairs with a large shower as well. Downstairs is another family room where the kids can play videos or watch a movie. We have the other two bedrooms downstairs. One room has two bunk beds (double bed on the bottom which sleeps 6) , and the other bedroom has a queen bed.

Typed words can't describe how great this house is. You have to visit it to experience it. It is within walking distance to town. It has a ton of skiing, biking and hiking trails near it and of course one of the most gorgeous lakes is within a 3/4 mile walk. The Reno airport is 50 minutes away and the Sacramento Airport is 2 hours away. I recommend Wolfdale’s as a must, for their Asian Fusion food.

Dogs are allowed, please no cats I am allergic.

I do not expect equal accommodations. I love to travel so any cute condo will do.

Our house is in the Highlands Neighborhood. You can take a nice stroll through the streets and view all the exceptional and different homes. There are tennis courts near by and cross county/snow shoeing is only 1/2 mile away behind our home.

Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar ski resorts are only a 15 minute drive. These resorts offer free shuttles if you can't rent a car.
