We have a holiday mobile home in Kilmuckridge in County Wexford. It is in a small holiday park " Ocean Park" with direct access to one of the nicest beaches in Ireland (voted in 10 best beaches in Ireland by trip advisor ( Curracloe beach). It has 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8 and has amazing views of the sea from the huge deck and from the lounge area. It is surrounded by a wooden deck with loungers, BBQ etc. We have a kayak there as well. There are laundry facilities, a soccer pitch, table tennis, golf practice area. It is an amazing place if you have kids. There are loads of things to do in the area if you can drag yourself away from the beach. It really is something special

Our main home is a period victorian house built in the 1850's. The house has 3 floors, and sea views. It has many period features making it a home of great character and beauty.
The kitchen is on the main floor as well as the sitting room and access to the back garden. We recently put in a new kitchen with Island unit and breakfast bar seating as well as a regular table and chairs. The kitchen has all new appliances etc. The computer with high speed broadband is in the Kitchen. The sitting room goes from front to back of the house and has couches, period marble fireplace - fully functioning. In this room there is a wide screen tv with Apple Tv and a stereo system. One small bathroom is located on this level. Wide staircase leads upstairs where there are four bedrooms. The master bedroom is at front of the house, two bedrooms at rear of house with views of the sea - both double .One other bedroom is at front of house also with double bed. Halfway up the stairs is a return with a newly refurbished bathroom with power shower and roll top bath and underfloor heating.
The ground floor has a large children's den with x-box one with lots of games , flat screen tv home cinema , dvd with lots of games, we also have a full weights gym with lifting platform. There is a bathroom off the den with shower, toilet. At this level there is also a study, guest bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, underfloor heating , toilet.
There is a patio to front of den which is a suntrap. A utility area is also on the ground floor with usual appliances.
Access to the back garden is via the ground floor or via the main floor via a deck. The garden is sunny and with mature shrubs. It is a private oasis where you can relax and also entertain. We just installed a 7 seater Arctic spa Jacuzzi in the back garden it is perfect for relaxing after a long day and watching the stars.
The garden also has a 10 foot trampoline with safety enclosure. If you have children they will be kept amused here. Our home in Dunlaoghaire is only available as a simultaneous swap but our holiday home( see below ) is available from - March 15th - November 1st each year. This could be included in the main swap or swapped on its own.

Sandycove/Dalkey is a picturesque coastal village located 8 miles from Dublin city centre. The village itself is a designated Heritage Town with several castles, an excellent visitors centre and many good restaurants and lively pubs. You might be lucky and bump into some of the locals - Bono , Enya. There is a harbour with boat trips provided to Dalkey Island. You will love this place if you like walking, as nearby is the rocky, wild Dalkey Hill (famous among rock climbers) and the forested Killiney Hill - a favourite amenity for Dubliners at weekends.
The sea is about a 2 minute walk away, where there are several hidden coves and Beaches. James Joyces famous martello tower is just around the corner. Swim in the forty foot - a well known swimming area , the hardy locals swim here all year round.
Sandycove is an excellent base for exploring both Dublin city and County Wicklow, the"Garden of Ireland ". Sandycove is well served by public transport. There are frequent electric train and bus services to the city centre on our road. The new motorway circling Dublin city and providing access to the other counties is only 10 minutes drive away.
Our home is 1 km from Dun Laoghaire harbour where there
is a regular high speed ferry service to Britain (100 minutes) .
