Our home is located on a beautiful lake. We have a private pool and a screened patio with a gas grill. There is a living room with Smart TV and cable. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and an en suite bathroom. There is a porch opening off the bedroom and overlooking the lake. The Second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom is also used as an office. There is fast broadband Internet with wireless access and a second TV. The bed is a single pull out sofa bed. This room opens onto a porch on the pool patio. The second bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The house has central air conditioning.

We have a three seat canoe and plenty of fishing gear that you are welcomed to use. We also have a single sit-on-top kayak which is a lot of fun.

Eleven miles (17 kilometers) north of Orlando, we are located 5 minutes from upscale shopping, restaurants, an 18 cinema theater, and other urban amenities.

The neighborhood is a quiet family area. Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios; plus Sea World, Universal with Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Lego Land theme parks are 30 minutes from the house. We are 45 minutes from the Atlantic ocean, and the Kennedy Space Center.

There are fresh water springs and semi-tropical rivers for canoeing, swimming, and snorkeling ten minutes from the house. Orlando has many world class golf courses and tennis centers where play is year round.
