Our home has recently (March 2016) been remodeled and has all the comforts of modern living in a cozy open space floor plan. It has all new kitchen and appliances, all new bathroom, all new hardwood flooring, indoor washer/dryer and a new beautiful outside deck to enjoy the beautiful summer nights We are in a quiet neighborhood and our home is in a cul de sac that offers lots of privacy yet neighbors are near by . We are only 10 mins to downtown historical Los Gatos where you will find many shops, restaurants, art galleries, museum, parks and trails...even a gorgeous lake! Then San Francisco is only a 1 hour drive away. Carmel by the Sea is only 1 hr 15 mns away and Capitola/Santa Cruz beaches is only 20 mins away! It's beautiful there! The SJ International airport is only 20 mins. away. I can go on and on ...there is so much to do on day trips or overnight trips. There is also a community pool that is just a few blocks away!
In the summer we have outdoor concerts free to everyone. Wednesday evening enjoy Jazz in the Plazz at the downtown park center. On Sundays also free to the public join everyone on the lawn at the civic center from 4 pm on with scheduled musicians every weekend. For kids, The Oak Meadow Park has a great picnic area, open lawn area, playgrounds, Vasona Lake and the Billy Railroad Train...take a ride around the park!

Los Gatos is situated along side and below the Sierra Azule/Santa Cruz Mountains. The weather is pleasant to warm and sometimes hot. Our quaint town boosts of many novelty shops, restaurants, parks and trails for hiking, biking, and walking. It is 1 hr 15 mins to Carmel by the Sea, 1 hr to San Francisco, 1 hr to Berkley, 2 hrs to Napa Valley/Wine Country, 30 mins to beach and many local wineries near by. Local weekend entertainment at the park, Jazz in the plazz, Music in the park,farmers market, beautiful weather and friendly people.

A second full bathroom has been added 2023. There is a loft with a futon bed and tv.. great for teens!Our home is surrounded by mother nature and her beauty of the outdoors, redwood trees, deer and fresh air!
We are only 10 minutes to downtown Los Gatos or 20 mins to Santa Cruz beach.
There is a local small market and an excellent deli restaurant within walking distance.
