Set in a quiet Cul De Sac huge windows overlook the Historic Muirfield Golf Club where the British Open is played. Seaviews and wonderful sunsets are just part of the joy of living here. Gullane is a small village only 25 miles from Edinburgh - one of the worlds great destinations with its castles, stunning architecture and world renowned festivals.
Our about to renovated house is three bedrooms two with ensuite, designed for indoor outdoor living with large bifold doors opening out to both the the front garden and the rear courtyard which is a suntrap.
The renovation will not only mean the house is beautifully appointed but also the gardens are being redone at the same time.
If you want a quiet holiday its har to surpass but the Edinburgh Festival might attract so your choices are plenty.
From our garden gate you can walk down to the beach or explore miles and miles of stunning coastline and beaches. If food is your passion there are many excellent restaurants here and in the next village North Berwick. If you are golfer I can say as an Aussie who has lived here for 17 years you want find better golf anywhere in the world.

The historic village of Gullane is surrounded by many scenic and wonderful destinations including The Bass Rock, Tantallon and Dirleton Castles and The Scottish Seabird centre. If you like golf the legendary Muirfield is at your front gate and there are 15 great golf courses within 15 minutes of home.
